You will be assigned a Concierge Agent or Health Advocate depending on your needs
Your Agent will provide you world class support in answering your questions, resolving your issue or walking you through any of our services.
At Advantage PHC, we take the privacy and security of our members' medical information very seriously. If a case requires our agents to have access to details of a member's medical insurance or other private health information, we ensure that the member completes a HIPAA Release Form. Our agents are fully trained to abide by HIPAA compliance regulations and work diligently to keep all private medical information safe and secure.
